Mac OS X: Mail - How to Delete Remembered Addresses.
1. Open Mail.

2. Choose Window > Address History.

3. Select the address(es) to remove, then click Remove from History.
Who knew Mail had an address history?

I assumed that the address was coming out of the address book and always wondered how to delete old addresses that came up in the autofill To: field.
