Comcast Doen's Seem To Care If I Can't Read My Bill.
Every month Comcast sends me an email with a link that says:
To view your bill, go to http://www.comcast.com/payonline.
Every month, I click on the link and get this message:
The system cannot find the file specified.
Then I go up to the URL and delete the trailing '.'. They don't seem to want to hear from me since the email also says:
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL. THIS E-MAIL ADDRESS IS USED BY COMCAST AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND IS NOT MONITORED.
I've gone to their web site and written them numerous emails, but they don't seem to care.

Why am I not surprised?
