It starts off like this:
Dear PayPal CustomerPayPal never sends out emails to you without using your first and last name.
This e-mail is a notification of the recent innovations taken by PayPal to detect inactive customers and non-functioning mailboxes.
Then later on in the email you are instructed to click a link to secure your account.
Don't do it.
