I'm trying to open up It's JerryTime! in iTunes through the link on the site, but I get this error from Firefox:

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocal (itms) isn't associated with any program.

have you checked about:config? Back in the Netscape days I remember setting lots of custom setting for program/plugin alternatives. Since Firefox has lots of the same code as Netscape, this could still be a option.
