Video: Final Cut Pro, Canon GL/2 with LaCie Firewire 800 External Hard Drives Don't Work Together
Hey... did you ever find a fix for this?? I have the exact same config (my DV Tape deck by Sony just kicked the bucket) and i have to capture some video!
I used a two port Firewire card and plugged the GL/2 into that. Works better.
