
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup salad oil
6 cloves garlic , minced
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 - 3 pounds steak tips , cut into 1 1/2" cubes. (I've recently been using Whole Foods St


Combine all ingredients, except tips in a a glass bowl.

Cover this marinade and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

Add meat cubes and stir to coat all pieces with marinade. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.


Arrange meat cubes on skewers. Allow space between pieces of meat so it will cook evenly. Grill. Approx. 7 minutes each side.
