Ikea Minde Mirror Instructions: Why 9 7/8"
What I would like to know, is why the support pieces have to be 9 7/8" inches apart.
How about making them 10" apart for easier measurement?
And BTW, the top brackets for this wall mirror are awesome, they are spring loaded so it's easy to attach the mirror.

crazy idea...try the metric side of the measuring tape/ruler, 25 is a remarkably easy number to spot.
