Facebook Comment Editing
If you make a typo when entering a comment on Facebook, quickly hover over the comment and click the 'X" to edit your just entered comment.
When you click the X, your comment is available for editing.
There is a time limit, so editing is only available for a short period after to enter your comment.

I tried it, and was disappointed that it works only for comments, not for updates you post in your newsfeed. But still, good to know, thanks for the post!
