[Video] A Look Back. 2009 in Pictures

As 2012 draws to a close, it's interesting to take a look back at the year.

But first, how about a look back at the year 2009?

Images: Selected images from 2009 in Pictures

I just saw someone comment on this 2009 Year in Pictures video that I made and uploaded to Facebook on January 1, 2010.

Side note: How in the world can you look at the videos you've uploaded to Facebook? I can't figure it out. But I found this one because of the comment notification.

Watching this three years later was quite an experience.

2009 looks like it was a lot of fun.

Here are some of the people in the video:
Shannon Vargo, Derek Wilmot, Melissa Pierce, Jeff Cutler, Jimmy Fallon, Rebecca Corliss, Lan Bui, Scott Beale, Scott Stead, Shira Lazar, Jeff Keni Pulver, Lisa Hughes, Zadi Diaz, Hermione Way, Steve Woolf, C.C. Chapman, Ilana Arazie, Julia Roy, Michael Durwin, Rainer Cvillink, Christine Major, Bre Pettis, Mark Rotblat, Tim Street, Robert Collins, Doug Haslam, Ann Handley, John J. Wall, Kevin Dando, Carol Garfield, Loic Le Meur, Schlomo Rabinowitz, Joselin Mane, Jennifer Cisney, Scott Monty, Joseph Jaffe, Jonny Goldstein, Charles Hope, Grace Piper, Tina Clark, Clintus McGintus, Rudy Jahchan, Bryan Person, Jane Quigley and Chuck Olsen.

That's quite a cast.

Are you planning to recap 2012 online? If you are, how are you going to do it, words, pictures, video?

  1. Anonymous1:20 PM

With the demise of DailyBooth I've seen folks start to compile all their DB images into a video 'retrospective'. Something I'm planning to do in the next few days myself.

  2. Hey Steve! Videos are now within Photos. There is no separate tab, or albums or area anymore. WHICH I also find very annoying. On my Business Pages, you can have a video section. I have yet to do this on my personal page. (Tried and didn't get anywhere) I'd be interested to find out more about that myself!!

    1. #FAIL on Facebook's part. Talk about NOT being INTUITIVE. Oh man. LEt me go back and take a look.

    2. I just looked. It's horrible. No organization and not titles. #FAIL
