We got a cappuccino maker as a gift.
My sister was over the house, so we decided to make a cappuchino and see how it worked.
It felt like I was back in high school chemistry class with a lab partner. That's becuause in addition to measuring the water level to the
meniscus, there was a danger of burning ourselves.
We experienced a big success when we foamed the milk. We should get extra credit for figuring that out.
What I learned: The foam is spooned on top of the brewed coffee.
Maybe someday we'll graduate to a
Mr. Cappuccino.
Probably not.
