Driving along the back of the Jamaica Pond last night around 10PM, I saw a beautiful full moon.
I seemed like I could get
a good shot of it AND the pond if I crossed the dividing line of the road and pulled over to the curb, facing the oncoming traffic.
So I did it.
The next thing to figure out was how to get a timed exposure with my Canon S400.
I took a while, but I figured it out and steadied the camera to the frame of the car, held in the shutter, stayed as still as I could, and nothing happend!
Ah, you've got to release the shutter, and then the camera makes the exposure.
I think it came out pretty good.
