I'm tired of clicking there to see my monthly statement.
Most companies I deal with prefer me to receive my monthly statements online.
It's easier and faster they say.
Guess what? It might be easier for them, but it's not easier OR faster for me.
You've got to click the link, then enter your username/password combination.
That in itself is a pain.
I've got a suggestion.
How about just sending me my statement in the body of the email?
