I'm at the Video on the Net conference today.
After a presentation by Jeff Jarvis where he said it took at least seven people to get him ready to record a segment for the CBS Evening News, he went home and recorded the same script on his Mac on iMovie.
I told him I wanted to send in my video for the Free Speech segment to Katie. I thought it would be cool for everyone who is interested to be able to send in video and see all the submissions with a way to comment and rate them, so that the community could have a say in what goes on air.
Jeff replied that there is no way for the community to participate by sending in their video.
Jeff Jarvis then suggested that I set up a site where we can do it ourselves.
