Sovereign Bank requires you to enter your home phone number in this format, ###-###-####.
If you enter your home phone number as ########## you get an error message that says:
Home Phone must be entered in the format ###-###-####Why?
Why is that?
It's a computer.
A computer is able to auto format this ########## to ###-###-####.
But it doesn't. It's not programmed to do it.
This is a human error.
