Schrod with Peach Salsa

Last night carol brought home some Schrod from Legal Sea Foods so I made a version of Nina's Mahi Mahi recipe with what we had on hand.

Schrod with Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil

I coated the Schrod with Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil.

Peach Salsa

This salsa has has peaches, Lime Juice, onions, orange juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in it.

I grilled it for 5 minutes on each side, then put the salsa on top and added some green beans.

Yummy!
