Election Day - You Can't Video the Vote!

Here's my report from Boston, Jamaica Plain, Curtis Hall at 7:11 AM on election day. There's a line of about 60 people, bt it moves quickly.

The warden told me that I could not shoot video in the polling place, but she was ignorant of the law, which actually allows filming as long as you do not record people's names and address, people marking their ballots, or impede the process.

Read my blog post about it:
Can you bring video camera's into Massachusetts polling places?

Warden: "You Can't Video The Vote."

Me: "Yes We Can!"

See this video on CNN iReport too.

I also contacted the Secretary of States office to let him know the warden at this location does not understand the law.
