Scallops
Oregano
Thyme
Lemon Pepper
Olive Oil
Directions
Place scallops on paper towel to soak up water.
Place scallops in bowl. Sprinkle Oregano, Thyme and Lemon Pepper on Scallops. Toss in bowl to cover with seasonings.
Heat olive oil over medium/high heat.
Sear scallops on each side for 2 minutes, until browned and sides start to split.
Larger scallops might take a little longer.
Place scallops on paper towel to soak up oil.
