Harvard Divorces ScripPharmacy

Earlier I wrote about my problems with myUHC.com. They think mail order prescriptions mean online. So I refilled my prescription from my old pharmacy, or so I thought:

So at this point I gave up and called my old pharmacy and it turns out that they are still connected to the newly merged Harvard Pilgrim Health Care/United Healthcare.

So I gave them my prescription # and they ordered a refill.

Done.

It shouldn't be this hard.

Nothing ever arrived.

And I just ran out of pills!

So I called my old pharmacy today and am told that I have to contact United Healthcare to find out who my new mail order pharmacy is. D'oh.

I'm walking over to CVS.
