Every month Comcast sends me an email with a link that says:
To view your bill, go to http://www.comcast.com/payonline.Every month, I click on the link and get this message:
The system cannot find the file specified.Then I go up to the URL and delete the trailing '.'. They don't seem to want to hear from me since the email also says:
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL. THIS E-MAIL ADDRESS IS USED BY COMCAST AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND IS NOT MONITORED.I've gone to their web site and written them numerous emails, but they don't seem to care.
Why am I not surprised?
