Mac OS X Mail 1.3.3: How to display the actual email address

I just upgraded to Mac OS X Version 10.3.2 and my mail was upgraded to Mail 1.3.3 in the process.

With the upgrade, Apple has improved the Mail experience by hiding people's actual email addresses.

I wonder why they feel that it's better that way.

I wanted to change the display of the To/From field, in the header, to display actual email address.

Right now it displays: Lisa Smith

It used to display: Lisa Smith <lsmith@mail.com>.

I just figured it out how to change it back:

Go to [ VIEW ] [ Addresses ], then select [ Show Name and Address ]
