So I took it off the wall and changed it to an hour ahead.
I wondered why it didn't keep track of the time change, but decided not to pursue it.
This morning my Atomix official United States atomic clock said it was an hour later than it actually was.
So I had change the clock again, and then make a trip to Google to see what was going on. I found this:
Simple To Use, Always Accurate. So I guess I thwarted the clock's attempt to adjust itself.
1. Insert a single AA battery to power this clock for 2 years.
2. Set the clock to your time zone using the enclosed instructions.
3. Now, forget it! Your clock will automatically find and keep the official U.S. time, even adjusting itself for daylight savings.
I'll we watching this clock in the Fall to make sure it does what it's supposed to. If it doesn't, I'll have to make a trip to The U.S. Naval Observatory Time Service Department to check out the United States Atomic Clock to see what is going on.
Here's the current time.
