[Video] Volkswagen’s 2013 Superbowl Ad - Get Happy

More on the actor, Erik Nicolaisen:
Playing Rastaman “Dave Johnson” in Volkswagen’s 2013 Superbowl Campaign. A fun shoot, with an uber-talented Cast & Crew. As a reggae-head since I was “jus a likkle pickney,” and a guy with a Rasta Brother-in-law from Kingston proper - Its a role I’ve been readying for most of my life. I’m thankful to have been involved.

USA TODAY: Inside the making of VW's Super Bowl ad:
The seven stressed actors crammed inside this tiny elevator are getting way too familiar with each other.

The director of Volkswagen's Super Bowl commercial keeps them entombed here for nearly four hours while he shoots and re-shoots more than 100 times the 10-second scene about a happy fellow in an elevator filled with unhappy people.

That's right: 100 times.

[Video Book Review by Keith Nerdin] The Impact Equation by Chris Brogan and Julien Smith

This is a very creative and entertaining review, by Keith Nerdin, of Chris Brogan and Julien Smith's new book, The Impact Equation: Are You Making Things Happen or Just Making Noise? (Affiliate Link)

He used Prezi, Garage Band, QuickTime, and iMovie to put it together.

There's so much that's great about this:
- Evokes an emotion
- Makes you want to talk about it and share
- Makes just two points
- Takes the right amount of time to tell a story 4:56
It's very cool that this review is the first post on Keith's blog.

I'm also impressed that Keith decided to start blogging. He's well on his way to getting his first 100 subscribers.
