Update:
It was the first time I saw Blogger referred to as a google+ blog. I found it when looking at http://www.google.com/whatdoyoulove/
BUT the search I had keyed in was for " google + "
Ask +Doug Cornelius notes in the comments, try searching for " wordpress "
The button then changes to "Start a wordpress blog with Blogger"
Never mind.
D'oh!
