"President Bush named Republican fund-raiser Sam Fox as US ambassador to Belgium yesterday, using a maneuver that allowed him to bypass Congress, where Democrats had derailed Fox's nomination."This isn't right.
It's not even smart politics.
In his conduct while President of the United States, George W. Bush, is in violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and is in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.
It's bad faith, bad governing and bad judgement.
