Comcast Saga Continues.
Comcast just sent me a new email.

It says:
If you do not choose to use our easy Transition Wizard by June 30, 2003, you will not be able to take advantage of attbi.com e-mail forwarding, but you will still have high-speed Internet access.
Now they've resorted to threats?

This totally goes against the information on their website:
If you download and install the Transition Wizard, and use Outlook Express, your attbi.com e-mail will automatically be forwarded to your new Comcast.net address. If you do not use Outlook Express, visit http://connect.comcast.net on June 30th for manual instructions.
So I made a phone call to the Comcast help line and Tim helped me out:

He says, "I've gotten a few calls on this already."

End result of the phone call is that all email will be forwarded anyway and the email is incorrect.

They need someone over there at Comcast reading these emails before they get sent out to thousands of subscribers!

Tim also told that even though their earlier email told us to go over to attbi members services to pick a new Comcast email address, that there really isn't any instructions over at attbi on how to do this.

He suggested that I just make up a new associate email ID and that will carry over to Comcast on June 30th.

We shall see.
