New York, NY - January 28, 2013 - My Damn Channel has built one of the most established brands in original online comedy since 2007. Today, the company launches a major expansion with the debut of the My Damn Channel Comedy Network. This multi-channel network will offer viewers hundreds of new comedy series premiering in 2013 on MyDamnChannel.com and on the company's network of channels on YouTube.
Founder/CEO Rob Barnett has appointed Eric Mortensen to the My Damn Channel management team in the newly-created position of director of programming and acquisitions. He joins the company after six years at Blip, where he was senior director, content and network programming.
My Damn Channel is partnering with some of the best talent from film, television, comedy and the Internet, providing the distribution, promotion, marketing and advertising tools it needs to build a loyal audience.
