The contest rules are written in English AND the Globe does not take ownership of your photo.

That's cool.

You can submit to the contest by tagging your photos in flickr. THAT is the right way to do it.

I'd like to see each entry, that gets highlighted at The Raw Blog, get a link back to it's page on flickr, so people can comment over there, and see the licensing.
