I've got Google Play on my Browser Toolbar but Can't Play TV Shows

I've got Google Play on my Browser Toolbar but Can't Play TV Shows.

When I click FREE, to play, it says that my browser is not a supported Android device.

Seems like Google has an opportunity here to play TV shows via the browser.

What am I missing?
