Comcast Cut My Line


Speakeasy - Speed Test
Since Comcast cut my dedicated modem line and put me on a splitter, my download speed has decreased 30%.

It's still amazing, but frustrating.

There's no one to talk to at Comcast who cares.

The Comcast call center reps can't do anything.

The Comcast service rep who visited the house says that the line quality is good.

Comcast doesn't care about online speed tests.
