I made this recipe up the other night when I was looking for somehting to marinate salmon with other than soy sauce. I wanted something light.
Here's what I ended up with:
Chinese Honey Salmon
Chinese Cooking Wine
After placing sliced fresh Atlantic salmon in a baking dish coated with cooking spray, I poured the Chinese Cooking Wine on the Salmon. Then I lightly drizzled honey on each piece of salmon.
Cook for 10-12 minuted in a 350 degree oven or until salmon comes apart in flakes.
This is a very easy and tasty dish.
Serve with mixed vegetables.
