An Off On A Tangent reader wrote in to ask how she could create an enhanced podcast, with her PC, for her museum. She wants to hand out iPods and let visitors have an audio guide with supporting pictures.

The simple answer unfortunately is that there is no way to create an enhanced podcast on the PC. The only tools to do this are on the Mac. It's one of the reasons that I think this hasn't taken off as much because it's cutting out way to many people.Free Tutotial: Enhancing Your Podcast Episode with Artwork and Chapters with Garageband.
Wish I had better news, but that's the way it goes. Also remember that these only work within iTunes or on an iPod so it's not as wide spread as it could be.
