Steve Safran from NECN emails me with the details. Steve says that NECN has built an:
... interface for people to upload their video to us, then we take a look at it and if it's good, we post it and put it on TV. We have the right to broadcast and stream, but we're not paying for the video, so the user keeps ownership rights.Cool.
