After entering the Twitter App.
This is the text entry screen.
Tweet in progress looks like this:
Click to add a photo from your gallery, the second button from the left on the bottom.
YOu could also tae a new photo.
This pops up:
Hmm. Black screen.
I started searching Google for an answer, and then my photo gallery showed up.
Took a while.
I clicked to select a photo.
After selecting a photo, you have the option to add effects and/or crop it. When done, you add it to the tweet.
Click TWEET and it's published.
